### Hobby (`hobby`): $0/month base
- Monthly retained users: 50,000 included; then: $0
- Limit: 50,000 mau (upgrade)
- Includes: commercial_use, team.multiple_seats, auth.email_password, auth.google, auth.apple, auth.magic_link, auth.organizations
- Note: Clerk bills monthly retained users (MRU): a user counts only if they come back at least 24 hours after signing up, so MRU is usually below MAU. Up to 3 dashboard seats and 3 social connections. Basic organisations (100 retained orgs, 20 members each) are included. No MFA or SMS. Going over 50,000 MRU means upgrading to Pro, after a one-month grace period. Commercial use is not addressed on the pricing page; carried over from the seed record.
